I have been offering both long and short-term counselling for over 20 years
My approach to counselling is underpinned by the Person-centred
approach, which is a way of working based on personal growth and development. The Person-centred approach holds a central belief that we have within ourselves the drive to develop to our best potential.
My aim is to provide a safe environment and therapeutic relationship where clients can make changes to their life at a pace that is respectful to their process.
I have experience of helping clients with, depression, anxiety, loneliness, stress, identity issues, and cultural issues, impact of racism, no sense of
belonging, childhood trauma, sexual violence and domestic abuse. I aim to offer a relationship where my client’s distress can be heard and where the impact of their lived experience of distress
can be explored without judgment.
